Yunnan Hengfeng Food Co., Ltd. is a wholly-owned subsidiary acquired by Yunnan Jia Shiye Agricultural Group. Established in August 2012, the company builds upon the foundation of an established enterprise in Yunnan with over 30 years of brand history. With the goal of becoming a leading, professionally and technologically advanced beverage manufacturer among local Yunnan enterprises, the company is committed to developing and harnessing Yunnan’s unique local fruit and plant resources. 


It has invested heavily in acquiring land within the Yanglin Industrial Park in Kunming City and has constructed a large-scale, modern, and well-equipped factory—compliant with ISO9001 and ISO22000 quality and safety management systems—among Yunnan’s local beverage companies. The company has also fully integrated into its production line a state-of-the-art, fully automated three-in-one blow-fill-seal machine manufactured by Guangzhou Dayilong, China’s only publicly listed company specializing in beverage equipment, with a capacity of 18,000 bottles per hour, as well as a fully automated packaging line.

In addition, we have jointly designed and manufactured a fully automated pre-processing production line that can handle the online extraction, filtration, and blending of dried fruits, semi-dried fruits, and plant materials. We’ve also procured advanced, key process equipment—including highly efficient, stable, and precise fully automatic Swiss Tetra Pak UTH ultra-high-temperature instantaneous sterilization systems—as well as integrated automation control systems. In 2024, we invested over 10 million yuan to build a new fully automated production line for canned and glass-bottled beverages with a capacity of 24,000 bottles per hour. To date, our total investment has reached approximately 160 million yuan.

The company currently has more than 120 employees, including over 60 in the production system and over 60 in marketing and sales. The company has designed and established a comprehensive organizational structure and functional departments in accordance with modern corporate governance principles, and operates its enterprise management according to the requirements of the established management system, thereby ensuring that the company achieves its organizational goals.

The company has designed and built standard R&D laboratories and testing rooms in accordance with regulatory requirements. It has also equipped these facilities with the necessary testing equipment for food packaging containers, beverages, raw and auxiliary materials, and other relevant items, as mandated by national standards. Additionally, the company has separately acquired supplementary internal control testing equipment and instruments aimed at further enhancing quality and improving testing capabilities. Meanwhile, the company has recruited experienced professionals who previously worked at major, well-known beverage companies such as Master Kong, Yunnan Mountain Spring, Fudian, Chenglong Mineral Water, and Coca-Cola. Furthermore, the company has invited consulting firms and university professors to provide comprehensive training to all employees on food safety, production technology, and production management, thereby ensuring, from a software perspective, the successful achievement of the company’s development goals.

In terms of process and technology research, the company invests heavily each year in supporting scientific and technological R&D projects. We have conducted in-depth research, made significant improvements, and fostered innovation across various aspects—including beverage formulations, process technologies, and equipment upgrades. Some of these projects have already yielded tangible scientific and technological achievements, resulting in the acquisition of several technical patents covering inventions, utility models, and packaging designs. These efforts have not only solidified our company’s technological edge but also significantly enhanced our overall technical capabilities. Moreover, our company’s “Tamarind Juice Online Fully Automatic Continuous Extraction Technology” currently stands at the forefront of technological advancement—both in terms of equipment and process technology—in Yunnan Province and even nationwide. This equipment boasts the following key features: 1) It automatically performs multiple rounds of juice extraction and aroma recovery; 2) It automatically carries out continuous multi-stage filtration and discharges filter residues; 3) It monitors turbidity online and automatically completes diatomaceous earth filtration, drying, and recovery; 4) It automatically measures and transports liquid feedstock; 5) It is equipped with a dedicated computer-controlled central monitoring system. The integrated hardware and software system described above enables efficient, stable, and continuous online extraction and clarification of fruit juices, fundamentally transforming the traditional methods for processing dried and semi-dried fruits. These conventional methods were characterized by intermittent operation, long processing times, large footprints, high labor requirements, unstable product quality, significant waste, substantial loss of juice flavor and nutrients, and often necessitated the addition of clarifying agents to achieve juice extraction and clarification. As such, our technology represents a groundbreaking milestone of unprecedented technological advancement.

The company has successively received numerous science and technology honors, including “Yunnan Province Science and Technology-based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise,” “Yunnan Province Deep-processing Agricultural Products Science and Technology Enterprise,” and “Kunming City Enterprise Technology Center.” In addition, we have also been awarded such enterprise and product honors as “Well-known Trademark of Kunming City,” “Famous Trademark of Yunnan Province,” “Gold Award Product at the Yunnan Provincial Agricultural Expo,” and “Second Batch of Local Famous and High-quality Industrial Products of Kunming City”—honors that are rare among local beverage enterprises in Yunnan. 


Meanwhile, our company’s PET series products have passed the relevant testing and qualification certifications required for export to the United States and have successfully entered certain U.S. markets for sale.

In recent years, in response to shifting trends in beverage consumption and the evolving consumer preferences of the new generation of young people, the company has successively designed and developed a series of low-sugar, light beverages—including fruit teas, pure teas, and floral teas—using “cloud tea, cloud flowers, and cloud fruits” as their primary ingredients. We’ve also introduced an innovative line of mixed fruit juices. These products offer excellent value for money, boast fresh and natural flavors, and feature stylish yet minimalist packaging, all of which effectively meet market demands. The development of these new products will undoubtedly provide fresh impetus and new sources of growth for the company’s further development.

In terms of market presence, our company’s products are distributed through all wholesale and retail channels across Yunnan Province, as well as major supermarkets, various types of convenience stores, and catering outlets. We also serve special channels such as high-speed railways. Currently, our products are available in several cities and regions nationwide, including Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Guiyang, Chengdu, Chongqing, and Xinjiang, and we are steadily expanding our reach. At the same time, the company is exploring new online marketing models, collaborating with qualified online distributors to authorize them to promote and sell our range of beverage products, thereby broadening our promotional and sales channels. We’ve also registered as members on well-known domestic online platforms for food and beverage franchising, intensifying our efforts to attract investors nationwide. In the era of new media, our company continues to promote our products and corporate information across various video and self-media platforms. With the advent of the AI era, we plan to establish an online livestreaming team and leverage digital and intelligent tools to further enhance our online promotion and sales efforts.
