1992
China’s first manufacturer of tamarind juice beverage has been established—the Kaiyuan Lingquan Food Factory.
1995
Hengfeng Group acquired and established Yunnan Hengfeng Food Industry Co., Ltd., and also set up a branch factory in Myanmar.
1999
The group is Yunnan Jifeng Trading Co., Ltd. Its products have gradually entered major internationally and domestically renowned chain supermarkets, and are also being exported to the Middle Eastern market.
2011
Jianong Group acquired the business and established Yunnan Hengfeng Food Co., Ltd. It invested 120 million yuan to purchase a factory building and order equipment for an 18,000 B/H hot-filling beverage production line.
2013
The new production line has been successfully put into operation and is now in use. The first batch of tamarind juice and Pu'er tea beverages in PET bottles have been launched on the market, followed by the successive development and production of mango juice and Yunnan olive juice.
2014
Received two honors as an upgraded technology-based enterprise: “Yunnan Province Deep-Processing Agricultural Products Technology-Based Enterprise” and “Yunnan Province Technology-Based Small and Medium-sized Enterprise.”
2015
It has successively been awarded “Famous Trademark of Yunnan Province,” “Gold Award for High-Quality Agricultural Products at the Kunming International Agricultural Expo in China,” “Renowned and Superior Industrial Products of Kunming City,” and “Kunming City Enterprise Technology Center.”
2016
Launch online promotion—fully kick off online campaigns via WeChat Official Account, WeChat Service Account, 360, and Baidu.
2017
Yunnan’s first premium black sugar tamarind juice hits the market; Hengfeng Zhen Guo’s PET round-bottle juice series is launched; a 240mL two-piece-can juice beverage series is introduced; and a refreshing 339ml tamarind juice drink is released.
2018
Hengfeng’s tamarind juice beverage and brown sugar tamarind juice beverage have obtained FDA registration approval and have entered select markets in the United States.
2019
In 2019, Hengfeng’s 240mL small black-can beverage underwent its first packaging upgrade.
2020
Launch Pinduoduo, Suning.com’s online mall, Douyin livestreaming, and promotional activities.
2021
The 310mL black sugar tamarind juice in a two-piece can is now available.
2024
The PET400 fruit tea and tamarind tea, as well as the glutinous fragrant fruit tea products, are now available on the market.
2025
The fully automated 24,000 B/h glass bottle and aluminum can production line was put into operation. In the same year, 310mL canned pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, “Bai Ning Xi” juice blend, and Hengli Pai vitamin energy drink were launched. Additionally, high-end glass-bottled beverages—hibiscus-and-garcinia cambogia juice with zero additives and jasmine-yunnan olive juice (available in 320mL and 1L sizes)—were introduced to the market.
